Warranty and Refund Policies

RETURNS – ClarityOne

At ClarityOne, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be shipped to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, the delivery time for your returned items may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
